
State Coastal Conservancy Resource Enhancement
and Agriculture Programs
The Coastal Conservancy usually works with private landowners to provide
permanent protection of wetlands. However, in some circumstances, a
long-term management agreement is also an option. See the description under long-term protection for a summary of Conservancy programs.
