1. USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle format base information (Scale of capture 1:24,000)
- Shoreline
- Hydrography
- Latitude/Longitude graticule

- Coastal Zone Boundary
2. USC&GS (now NGS) Historical Topographic Maps (Scales of capture 1:10,000, 1:20,000, and 1:24,000)
- Historical shoreline and landward boundary of salt marsh symbol
Datasets currently being developed:
1. Historical Extent of Coastal Wetlands for the following areas:
- Phase I - Tijuana River to San Dieguito Lagoon (San Diego Co.)
- Phase II - San Dieguito Lagoon (SD Co.) to McGrath Lake (Ventura Co.)
- Phase III - McGrath Lake (Ven. Co.) to Devereaux Lagoon (Santa Barbara Co.)
Accessibility:
Future plans include making the SWCI historical wetlands maps available on CERES for each of the three project areas as they are completed.
