A. Questions about General Internet Use

1. What is the single most beneficial aspect of the Internet for your organization? Has that changed in the last 6 months (since we have begun this partnership)?

2. How many times does someone in your organization access the Internet every day? Has that changed in the last 6 months?

3. How many times/week does someone in your organization use the Internet for the following activities:

	email		education
	downloading software		shopping
	file or data transfer between working partners
	research (including getting information about Tahoe from the web)
	leisure time (surfing, games, chat lines, etc.)

4. Please place a check in the column of the types of websites someone in your organization accesses most often. This will identify whether these are local (in the Tahoe Region) or national sites.

B. Questions about the TBWAN

1. Your organization has a homepage on the Internet as part of the TBWAN. What features of your homepage do you feel are most beneficial to your organization? Do you have evidence of that effectiveness (e.g. someone contacted you after viewing your homepage)?

2. What is the most beneficial aspect of the other TBWAN member's offerings to your organization? (You may find the TBWAN homepage with links to other members at http://ceres.ca.gov/tcsf/tbwan.html.)

3. What is the most important feature that other TBWAN members could include which would benefit your organization?
