Where to read the SNEP Report

Public Locations:

The Executive Summary and Volume 1 have been distributed to public offices in California, Oregon, and Nevada. Please see the SNEP Report Distribution List.

On the Internet:

Information from SNEP is being offered on-line by the cooperative efforts of the SNEP Center, Project Alexandria at UC Santa Barbara, the UC Berkeley Digital Library Project, and the California Resources Agency CERES Program. Publications and data are being digitized and translated as quickly as technology allows. At this time, much of the report may be browsed on-line or downloaded and GIS data is offered as export files on an FTP site; additional formats and tools for searching and browsing are planned.

All on-line SNEP data and information may be found at: http://ceres.ca.gov/snep

Many public libraries offer WWW access. Please see the InfoPeople Library Listing for the Sierra Region. For information about libraries in other regions see the InfoPeople Libraries website. If you live in the Sierra and need information on getting on the Internet, see this list of Internet Providers in the Sierra Region.
