USGS 7.5 Minute Digital Raster Graphics By County


NOTICE:
DRG files are now available via the California Spatial Information Library (CaSIL)

An Interface for find and downloading Digital Raster Graphics (DRG) have been made available online by the California Spatial Information Library (CaSIL). These topographic maps were scanned by the Teale Data Center. Both clipped and unclipped versions of these images are available in a TIFF format.

Note: On average, these files are about 12 MBytes. Because of long download times and server load, you may experience difficulty logging on. Additional servers are being set up to alleviate this problem.


Viewing Instructions

These Tag Image File Format (TIFF) files can be read by any software application capable of reading TIFF data. The USGS provides a free viewer called dlgv32 available for download.
